    Re: Dress Code

a dress code is a great idea because it prebents some of the less
cultured kids from wearing gang colours and dressing like they have
    no brains.
I'll be the one to protect you from your enemies and all your demons
I'll be the one to protect you from a will to survive and a voice of reason
I'll be the one to protect you from your enemies and your choices son
They're one in the same, I must isolate you...
Isolate and save you from yourself

    Re: Dress Code

Well that is okay but taking away all the other stuff like flipflops and pants is kinda going to far.

well the dress code may seem strict by there is a reason for it
because i can under stand the flip flopthings becuase school is a palce for learning its not a vacation kind
of place and flip flops seem like something you wear for vacation time

Well that's true but they could at least do something for cell phones just in case of emergency situations.

I agree they should, but you can't expect all schools to actually know
what is good for the students. lol Heck, when i was in school they had
issues with to much make up, but that was in the 80s when kids were
into MTV, and when real music was around. Make up was the thing to wear,
    but not in school.

Not to mention that they are very very very ANNOYING!!
I never had to deal with a dress code, but my school did crack down on what you could and could not wear.
The one thing I just could not understand was why the hell would you want to come to school in your PJs... Are you that lazy of a person? Girls were netoriouse for this.

    Re: Dress Code

Well, I'm lucky I never had to care about things like that. In our school, you're totally allowed to wear what you want. Except for some strange looks of some of your colleagues, you should be safe.
Although the general idea of school uniforms sounds rather interesting to me. I guess that's just due to the fact I never had to deal with it and I am aware of the fact that I'd be annoyed pretty fast 'bout it so I'm just glad I don't have to deal with something like this.
You are now breathing manually. :P
