I'm a fairly healthy eater in the context of what I eat. But uhhh, with regards to how much I eat, I'm not as healthy. Most of the time I eat reeeeeeaaaally little because I'm trying to lose weight, and when I can't control my hunger it really shows... +__+ But I keep fit and all, and though it's annoying how the fat around my upper arms won't go away, it's nice to know that the push-ups are keeping my tummy in. :)
I would try to balance my meals with sufficient proteins and carbohydrates in order to give me the diet that would keep me healthy.I would limit my intake so i don't become sick.Also i would burn the energy down through morderate physical training.
