Which era were you born in?

What era you were born in and what going in your childhood?
this usally called the babyboom but year has event ,
as for me I was born durning the atomic age 1959 and the duck and cover was going on in schools and blast and fallout shelters came out, and the airraid sirens was tested every saturday at 12:00 noon.
not to mention the dangers of finding blasting cap was on tv .

I was born on the era when the Cold War was "over" 1986... When Yugoslavia was still a country... when the Berlin Wall was still separating the people of Germany... pretty much... on the era where the conflicts where getting to "an end"

I was born in the year of the Tiger *growls* in the 80's WOOT!! when rock music was still rock music and pop bands weren't about the image. It was the best era to be born in I think. I mean being brought up listening to Queen, Pink Floyd, Yes, The Who, Sky or what ever other album my parents have influenced my style in music and the appreciation of bands playing their own music rather than rapping to be drum machine.

I was born in the 90's btw. Nothing really happened in the 90's though, what era is it?

I was born in 1974; durin' the decade of decadence, disco, bad hair (at least I think so), and when Elvis died. Can' say that I had much fun growin' up, but I can' say it wasn' interestin'.
