Thread: Ever feel like you were born in the wrong century?

Oh yeas... I think I'm born in the wrong century... there is too many technology here... and I feel like the worlds end is comming close ~.~ but in all centuries there's something that scares me...

I'd wish to live in the Dark Ages... but then I should be born as a princess or smth. to be happy... @.@ and that won't happen... The Middle Ages just charm me with the simplicity, with war... I just find it like a great time.. if you're not a pesant...

Then again, I'm also Buddhist. One of the only two religions that currently prescribe to belief in reincarnation... and the religion you probably were in your past life as a badass Japanese warlord. I'm afraid according to both of those religions: it's impossible to access past lives without reaching a level of enlightenment or religious exstacy... and even then, you only have access to your own.

You do not choose your past incarnations. Nor do you choose your future incarnations. That is, if you believe in having them at all.

But if you'd like to fancy yourself a Japanese warlord, you are in good company. It seems the entire Tokugawa Shogunate, Shinsengumi and Heike Clan has been reincarnated as American teenagers with the exact same interests at exactly the same time. Maybe you can meet a nice Marie Antoinette to fall in love with and have little Napoleons

I do believe in reincarnations so what this guy told me must be true,
but I cannot remember the name that I had. all I can remember is that it was it the early 1400's so hey lets go to war hehe

i think i was born in the wrong century because i find myself always
looking up to the moon wishing i could be going the stars at warp 5
while talking to some cool looking alien , and when i am om my PC
i start thinking i would to hear my PC talking to me while I'm surfing
the web telling me about things that are going in my town.

and i am always wanting a hover car so i could go pretty much
anywhere i want and not have to worry about traffic because i could fly at
500 feet which would be the car's sky limit though i guess 30,000 feet
would be just as good i guess. but that's why i feel i was born in the wrong
century.
