As for me that cheapest I've seen in my area is $1.93 but that was this afternoon while this morning it was still at $2.02 so hopefully in a couple of weeks I'll get to see something around $1.70's. But hey, I'm glad that I got to see that "1" in the dollar space on the signs again. I couldn't help but to let go of the wheel and clap.

It depends on where you live, in the Midwest its cheaper. Before Katrina hit gas was around $1.29, and about 7-10 years before that it was under a buck. This was due to indv. gas stations having gas wars. Though It was never always under a Dollar, that was when i was real little in the 70's.

Here in Kansas it's $1.85-1.90. I have a friend in Chicago that I torment by telling them how much cheaper it is here. A sadistic pleasure, I know.

Our gas was reeeeeealy expensive a few months ago. Like, $1.50+ pretty much you were paying more for gas than you were a 2L of milk. However, the price has been steadily going down, it sat for a while at $1.15.9 but since then it's been going down about a cent a day.

Currently it's 93.4 or something. It'll probably keep going down then spike, or maybe sit for a while. Now, if I owned a gas station I know exactly what I would do. No matter which part of town the station was located in, I would drop the price by 10-20 cents from the average.

People would FLOCK to my station, I might even run out of gas (yeah, you can lol.) The prices are crazy high 'cause of the war and the disaster in America right?

Interesting fact: My city, Winnipeg (of Canada), is selling some of our power to Wisconsin or Minneapolis (one of the two; whichever is closer.)

it really depends on where you are at, in my hometown the gas is $1.79 per gallon... and where I am living is still $1.90. What I am afraid of is for a sudden raise of gas prices... the prices right now are way toooooooo good to be true.... I am doubting that we are going to be having the gas like this for long....

With the cost of gasoline at $2.299 a gallon at the COSTCO station in the Silicon Valley, I can once again fill up my Prius for less the $20.00. But don't get use to these prices.... The current world wide financial crisis has pulled the rug out of crude oil prices... But once the world economy recovers, prices are going to go back up to where they were, plus a lot more. The International Energy Agency of the UN predicts that by 2030, the price of crude will be around $300 a barrel...

XD where i will start ., gas here ummmm very limited people fight for it Xl becasue there is little from gas well this is where i live (Iraq) lol that mean the price is so up , well there is nothing to do ... =^_^=

im still surpised gas is still going down..i got half a tank in my car with only 7.00 bucks yesturday
So gas is about 1.87 to 1.70 a gallon in flordia..depending on what kinda gas u get and where u get it from

something tells me that this wont last long..i think they are gonna make it low for a litttle bit longer then BOOM gas is gonna be 5.00 dollars a gallon..it just so werid how gas was 4.00 dollars a gallon a month ago and now just dropping like that..something big is about to happen ..or we are gonna to suffer through something esle soon..
