Ok in my dorm my bathroom mate just came with with the phrase: "Why does this room smell like up dog?"
Okay so tell me what you think this phrase means. Y'all have two week (September 25,2011) to figure this out before I tell you what this means. After that date I would like to any and everyone to add their own mystery saying and add the answer after one or two weeks. Alright so I will allow the games to begin.

It's a setup for an extremely lame joke. Once the phrase "Why does this room smell like up dog?" is spoken, the person who hears it is anticipated to reply, "what's 'up dog'?" Cue general groaning and annoying chuckling. They did a funny version of this joke on The Office (though I'm totally sure your 'bathroom mate' came up with it first. ;P ).
"This room smells like up dog.""
"What's up dog?"
"Nothing much. You?"
That's how it often goes. There are so many different variations of this phrase as well. Like, someone could say, "I love the smell of upsexy!" And the other person would reply, "What's up sexy?" I think what happens after would be pretty obvious.

so yes Dark. guessed it the expected reponse is "what's up dog." please feel free to add any jokes that you think will get a laugh and riddles that might be hard to figure out.
