I didn't really try to make my room look Japanese but I think its just becoming that way. I actually have a Japanese futon. It kills my back from time to time but I kinda like being on the floor. I'm not big on decorating but I am looking for some Japanese items to place here and there.

    I guess I did.
I mean I never made it look Japanese because most Japanese people sleep in the exact same rooms as most westerners... Only smaller.

I have never even thought about making my room all japenese like. I quite like it the way it is - a random mix of colours. I don't plan on changing it either.

    Funny.

My room has never had a theme. It's always been filled with random posters, a computer, tv, and two bookshelves. I'd die without my bookshelves.

I never thought about making my room look japanese, but my friend did(she did a good job ). I don't want to honestly, because I can't stand sleeping on a futon and I don't know what else to put in my room to make it look like it does. (tried the futon... didn't like it, not giving it a second chance.)

    Thanks lifeforce! (:

Do plastering your wall with anime posters count?

Anyways, no. I don't have the money or the dedication to do such a thing but you know, I'll buy those sliding doors just so if I can walk through one.

(I actually don't have that many anime posters.)

Wow^^ This many replies i never realized that would happen hehe.. Anyways Some people might try it and some might not.. I mostly sleep on a bed.. Sooner or later i plan to sleep on futon when i get a chance^^ If you were to live in a japanese house most houses have one traditional room that im so sure of. But i would sure love to get a sliding door the paper type ones^^ Those sliding doors cost so much i saw one for $699...

Putting anime posters on your wall well it represents you like anime i have anime posters on my wall^^.

I have some japanese traditional music. Whenever i listen to it sort of feels like i im in japan^^
