I agree with there.The old fashion is better but if like me your musclue took two times what a normal person's body to heal their musclue??For explane.If I work out like I normalry do.1 hour on the treadmill non-stop.After that rest for 5-15 minutes.Then the windbreak and the some upper body work out for 1 hours after that go hit the bike thing for 20-40minutes.Then hit the showesr and finily I get to swim..for 1 hour or until my fingers are all old looking then to the hot room for 10 or 20 minutes and then take a shower again and go home.XD.I go to the gym about 3-5 hours a day and 3-5days a week.Depending on what I got to do
