    Is Heaven very very Borning?

With everyone high on this going to heaven thing , I ask this question, Is heaven very borning? I mean there is no video games , there no anime , no tv,no food there is nothingness there BLANK Zip ZERO just dead space . So how can heaven be joyful? some people believe that you sing out holy holy holy there. There just has be some place better than that dead of space they call heaven. Is all this worship of the OL mighty seeing God is to be in the dead of outer space? What good is it , when your going to be bored out your mind there. I rather be placed on other planet comtinuing my life. But what does God have to offer us in the vas of empty dead of outer space? What could he offer us there? What could be better there than here on earth? What so grand about heaven that everyone is dieing to get there?

Ooh come on, be a little more open minded! I really don't knwo much about heaven, or if its real, i mean i got my doutbs. But still, if it exists is gotta be more than "open space", i think that if exist, it'll be exactly how you imagen it. So be a little more open minded, because you might just end up in it.

Heaven really just means utopia. So its bound to be what you find truely beautiful. But i guesse im just wierd so no reason to listen to me n_n

your one of kind man lol but i agree heaven is what you make of it and if you go by the rules you just might get there. never being open minded leaves no room for all the other things you might find intresting or awesome in life.

I agree with Cassie that you should be a little more open-minded. I don't know much about heaven. It's a good question. I don't really agree with the utopia idea, though, at least from a Christian perspective.

My Bible has a little devotional blurb about heaven, complete with Scripture reference. Whether or not you choose to read it or if you even care is your choice...
    I think it's interesting, though.

    Heaven

Scripture alludes to heaven in three different ways: the vast expanse of space surrounding the earth or firmament or atmostphere (Gen. 1:8), the matchless celestial universe (Ps. 19:1), and the longed-for dwelling place of God (Heb. 4:14). The reality that Christians will one day live forever in the presence of the Lord is a fundamental doctrine of faith.
The Bible only gives a few glimpses of this heavenly abode. Heaven is a place prepared for believers (John 14:1-3), one without sorrow, darkness, or any kind of sin (Rev. 21:1-7). In heaven, we will be like Christ; yet we will be able to recognize one another (1 John 3:2). The most important thing about heaven, however, is the presence of God. We will be forever with Him.

In response to your question, I think heaven will be really exciting, mostly 'cause I don't know what to expect.

Re: Is Heaven very very Borning?

That's a little hard to take down, but with all the faith and kindness you done on earth and your reward is DEAD outer space... I really think that heaven is really the twilight zone. What I'm affriad of is that heaven is very borning, I would ask god this, Hey God what do you have to offer me here? I'm mean Come on I'm bored here, I don't want to sing hymes or amazing grace, I'm not singer God. But heaven is a spirit realm, where spirits live.
let's just not call heaven , heaven just called the spirit realm because that what it should be really be called. God is spirit and angels are spirits your a spirit everything has a spirit,.
Why can't just do away with the word heaven and call it the Spirit Realm. I hope you opened mind people pray to God that heaven( spirit Realm) is not boring . No one don't want to bored in heaven. because if going delete this earth than God better make a new physical world for us to live in .
don't forget, the angel don't us in heaven they don't like us and thier jeaous of us, because God loves us more than them.
I ask you would you stay where your not welcomed and not wanted?
    I sure wouldn't .
I repeat Don't stay if your not welcomed

Re: Is Heaven very very Borning?

Heaven isn't limited. It wasn't made by human hands, nor is it understood by human minds.

Think about it, Heaven is where God is. God. God. God. God, the creator of time and friggin space. The One who stretches out the heavens. Not stretched, stretches. He is the one who literally holds the skies above of us.

Whatever he has planned for those who believe in his son, Jesus Christ, who came down to earth through a virgin's womb to die on the cross so His Father may forgive our sins...

    will be awesome.

How? i don't know. But Heaven is supposed to have streets of gold and seas of crystal and walls of fine jewels... so i'm sure all those things lead somewhere.

And besides, God has seemed pretty busy, even before we were created, i'm sure He knows of some fun games to play, or nice songs to sing, or all sorts of amazing things we can talk about.

remember, this is the One who knows the number of hairs on your head, who knows you by name. He is good and perfect and whole and loving. Whatever is there in Heaven will be good, far beyond whatever good we can imagine.

Maybe instead of focusing on what Heaven is like, Manga Artist, you should focus on the One who made it and what He has given so that you may experience it.

(i heard this really good quote one time from a Pastor Bob Botsford, "Earth is the closest to Heaven a lot of people will be. But it's the closest to hell that Christians will be.")

Re: Is Heaven very very Borning?

It all depends on what you believe in and how big of imagination you have. This is a very very debatable discussion. Conflicting arguments on whether you believe in it, or you don't. Whether its an actual place, or as you described, an open space. Is it another dimension. A figment of our imagination. Another planet. Maybe we don't really die, we just get magically transported to somewhere. Maybe we just shut down completely and we cease to exist forever.
People could argue about this for practically forever but in reality, we'll never know because the dead don't come back to life. Sure there are possibly lingering spirits still walking this earth, bound by something left behind or something they never finished. But they can only show us signs of there presense. I've never once heard of an apparition actually sit down and have a chat with someone. They make noises but thats as far as I know.

Life is what you make it, if there is a heaven. Then I would believe heaven would be what you make it, as well. Its not like you will ever know what its like before its too late, so why even think about it now?
