Most of the time, I am pretty much laid back, so I don't have to deal with stress, but if I ever encounter or go through a stressful event, I usually try to meditate, perform yoga, do a breathing exercise, or stay very close to my family and friends to calm my inner self. ^^ Visiting a peaceful place like a Temple or Church drains away my stress as well.
