I really don't get stressed that much, but when I do I make a sword if I have the ore for it. Other then that I would take it out on random people at the dojo.

1.Slightly stressed - find a quite place and listen to my breath and heart
beat for 15 min.
2.Stressed - Sharpen my ma's kitchen knife till it's razor sharp.
3.Really stressed - Use my ma's kitchen knife to slash things
(note:non-living things).
4.Seriously stressed - Look for a fight(usually "Fan Zai s"), and beat the
hell out of them even if it would cause their "friends"
out for me. (with my trusty gardening knifeof course)
well....I just kick back and relax listening to music or watch a movie....or read.....draw....write.....go run.....or just talk it out with my friends

when things are really stressing me out like work that has a deadline or if it's just stress around home, I cry and just go to my room and fall asleep. I know it's not good to fall asleep when you're like that but it's one of my bad habits.

when i am stressed i go to the japanese temple where i live in england,i sit in the shrine room where its is queit and medatate,it bhepls a lot also when i am depressed and mentel lol if you learn to control your breathing it helps.![]()
