How to make yer own signature?

I didn't have a signature originally and I'd like to hav a signature someday (after I though of how it should look like) and another reason (kindly refer to: http://www.animeonline.net/f2/disk-album-quality-24208/ for more info, beginning with post #6). So how can you make a signature? (animated and/or not animaed one) Thanks!
