If Your're gay...Back away.......

The title seems rude huh?

well imagine(im not saying you are) you were gay and all the people you wanna talk to, gave you looks in disgust, or just didnt talk to you at all because you were gay.

Some kids in my school are gay and i have not problem with it.But the kids are just plain mean to them. *NEWS FLASH SWEETIE*
They are humans too therefor they have feelings just like you!!!
and trust me, they are not the only gay people in the world.

I have never been gay( and dont plan to be), but i would not want to be treated that way. Also i have not had this experience.But I am not going to be mean to them just for that.

One of my good friends is FLAMING homosexual. A lot of others teased and were cruel, but this person found a place in my group. I had to warn this person not to pursue one of my good friends - not out of disgust, but I knew that it was a friendship that would not survive a romantic attempt (besides, we were about to graduate; even if my friend HAD accepted a relationship, it would not have lasted).

You have to look beyond preference. You have to see the person.

The world is not a politically correct utopia... nor would it be incredibly interesting if it were that way. As long as you don't harm someone, threaten to harm someone or otherwise set out to be malicious: I honestly believe you have the right to voice even an unpopular or unfriendly opinion.

People will be cruel to you at one point or another based on just about anything: your economic background, your race, your gender, your sexuality, your age, the way to dress, the way you speak, your family, your friends, a disability, a disease... The world is cruel and there are quite a few meanspirited people in it.

When you come out and admit to an alternate sexuality: you are inviting criticism and adversity. WE KNOW THAT. And in a lot of ways, the more shit people throw at us: the more that builds us up. We don't need to be babied, befriended or shielded from playground-level criticism or dirty looks.

As far as I'm concerned hate crime legislation shouldn't even exist. Killing, beating, or torturing another human being on ANY basis is wrong and should be dealt with on an equal level of severity.

Most of us don't want "special" treatment... we want the right to be treated like everyone else.

In reality: everyone endures cruelty. We all need to just deal with it.

I think white supremacists and mexican immigrants are currently dealing with more vitriole on a daily basis in the United States than gays, lesbians, bisexuals and transexuals. We've made tremendous progress in the last several years and I honestly believe that I'm lucky to be an American where I don't face the dealth penalty or imprisonment for liking to sleep with people of my own gender.

If you want to hate me because I'm gay... that's as legitimate a reason as hating me because I'm a liberal or republican or fat or a geek or ugly or pretty or a "bitch" or anything else... (ie. not a very legitimate reason, but ones we use every single day in deciding who we will be friendly to, who we will ignore entirely and who we'll be cruel to)

Well if i did bully homosexuals that would kinda make me a hypocrite. Seeing as I'm bi-sexual. I myself have never experienced anything like that. However a lot of my gay guy friends get bullied and insulted. Some of the things these bullies do and say to them scare me. And it makes me wonder how my friends go through that every day and still have a smile on their face. I also notice that gay guys have it just a little bit harder then lesbians do. In my school at least. Though I have seen a few of my lesbian friends get "the look". But never anything more serious then that.

Hmm.. no i won't be mean to them.. but i did once tease some with friends... "manlygirls" @.@ i mean.. they are so ugly and thier legs were like.. god... thats a guys legs.. and all... it's disgusting.. i just shoo them from my store cause i had to sell things and they would make all the customers run away.. ~.~ sheesh....

I would be a bit meaner...if a gay guy would start to touch me at certain places and all... well hey.. im straight man.. you're not for me...

My religion's view on gay people...are... very.. bad... if you are gay and you want a muslim guy here... get ready to run away from menacing folks with pitchforks and torches... the whole freaking village going to stab your ass with it :laugh:

Oh amn i've been around gays for half of my school life. It's not that i hate them or reject them, i really don't have much to relate to. I TRY to start a convo and then it all goes into who's hotter, what cloths to buy and what not. Honestly i have no problem with them, they are actually nice but sometimes i really can't blend in so i, as you say, "back away"

@.@ now thats sad... good thing i haven't been touched or anything yet... but i do notice some watching me .. and my friends say i look a bit like a girl.. :/ sheesh.. even my mom nicknamed me with a girlish name -.- i aint gonna mention it...only a few here knows.. :p

Well...i know a friend of mine who don't seem to be gay... but dang.. he looks just like a girl and dresses like them... and even act and all like them... i dont talk much to "her" anymore... but i do see "her" in certain ocasions...like during aidilfitri and when going to work... slowly turning a into a girl...my best friend knows "her" and he said..."she" even changed name into a girl's name @.@

-what do we call that people as in English? In japanese It's Niuha right? and malay it would be pondan.. :laugh:
