    3) America easily bombed all of Japan's mainland (excluding six target cities meant for atomic bombs) killing civilians and decreasing morale.
    4) America had surrounded Japan's mainland, occupying China and the Phillipines.

Japan had no chance of winning once America entered the war. The lost the moment they bombed Pearl Harbor.
Ye but like i said if the Japanese disided to contineu the third wave then they could have forced the US fleet back to San Francisco, one of the reasons it could have cone defrent is becose the third wave would have cone directly over the weapons depot and if a bomb would have hit the weapons depot then the US fleet in Pearl Harbor would have lost there ammunition.
That would mean that they would be forced to go back to San Francisco to get ammunition and then the Japanese would had have a stronger position, but this is just speculation.

They wanted to wipe out the whole fleet at Pearl Harbor and seize new territory.

yup...and not to forget the captured soldiers and civilians (americans, filipinos, etc.) were executed just for the sake of entertainment (firing squad, decapitation, hanging, etc.) and also even experimenting their biological weapon mostly on filipino children and women.
right..."peace treaty with the Americans" while these people that happeneds to be in their seized territory suffers...mostly the philippines.

I don't really see what your post has to do with this thread.
