I like hanging upside down for a while.

...and has anyone else had that thing where they go into a daze - then they suddenly feel like gravity's going upside down and it just feels like you're kinda' spinning while sitting/standing/laying completely still?

I love taking walks while listening to music. It's the perfect thing to do when you need to clear your head.
