i listen to music because it allows me to concentrate...........the simple beats allow me to just zone in on things i am doing..............

for humans as a whole.........mindless silence gets boring for any1............lol.........

true true, everyone does hate mindless silence. you have a point

For some, music makes it easyer for them to concentrate... Some get happy or sad listening to music and some just wanna dance when they hear music... So i guess it's different from one person to another

hmm i must be one of the strange ones, i actually prefer silence then music blurring into my ears. and to be honest, i don't pay much attention to music, nor do i care when i hear music played on the radio...

but i guess the main reason why ppl like listening to music is cause its a way ppl can express themselves. either artist showing their feelings in the way of music, be it depressing, up beat, hyper, lied back, WTF?, or whatever.

so yea i think that music pretty much just heightens our emotions, sometimes gives us insights, and whatever else ya can think of. but to be honest, everyone probably gets something different out of music. but man, does it ever goes well with movies, i know they wouldn't be the same without it.

I love music because it makes me feel better when somethings wrong... it charms me, it brings me to another world, it helps me when I have to work and it's oh so beautiful, how can you not love music, it's one of the most wonderfult things- a pleasure to your hearing sence... as well as we have to please by touching, seeing and tasting we have to have pleasure with hearing... It seems natural, doesn't it?

Animals too like music... we love to please our sences, that's all I guess..

They say that math is the universal lang right.
But theres no fealing in math, one plus one dose'nt mean "I love you".
So then music would have to be the universal lang for fellings.
Theres love songs, sad song, pumped up song, ect.
It gives fealing to the soul for whatever your fealing.

It express what i feel when i can't make it into words. It makes me feel good. and i feel better when i write my own. i just wish i could make my own beats, then i'd bet set! ^_^
