Actually, it's partially true, as one of the symptoms of long term use is poor health (which includes skin conditions, open sores, etc. etc.) though it will effect you mentally long before physical health symptoms will appear...

isnt meth one of those drugs that kills most emotion if not all if it is taken over a long period of time?
