Michael Jackson Dead at 50 of cardiac arrest

Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.

We're told one of the staff members at Jackson's home called 911.

La Toya ran in the hospital sobbing after Jackson was pronounced dead.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

What a shame, didnt like him as a person. But he was such a wonderful talent, a great loss to the music world.

I power on my computer for the morning, only to find this. How sudden, indeed...

I pray he will be remembered more for his musical contributions than those, um, other things he's done.

Honestly I'm not surprised at all. Especially with his health problems. What I think is sad that farrah fawcett died today as well and CNN has hardly touched on that which is just wrong.

No one really cared about him till he got freakishly wierd and after his first child molestaion case.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to belittle the dead here, I just think that they're making too much of a fuss over the death of a guy who was essentially a pervert child molester (While the second one was found innocent, the first was settled out of court, which just screams that he did it).

True, but your just looking at the negative. Yeah he wasn't really a model human being. But he did bring ppl alot of joy with his music.

Well, both of them sure will be missed ... he was a great musical talent and nifty dancer and she was a great actor, all along hot model back then. Then again, I really never knew her much, just that she was a hot idol back then. Agreed, I really never liked Micheal Jackson as a person ... after what he did to Paul Mc Cartney and I still don't know if I choose to believe that he actually did do that to those children, because was amazingly rich. So I always though that people were putting in those cases to get to his money. Aside from all of that ...

His music will still live on in my heart.
