Thread: Which is the perfect school?

So this is pretty much a junk thread.
Read the rules before you make posts....
And school is fine, we learn everything we need to know to move onto college.

Just going by what you mentioned, you already know that there is no "perfect school". You need both the knowledge you get in school, as well as experience applying that knowledge in real life, to get ahead. And even then it won't be complete - you learn heaps from growing up as a little kid under the tutelage of your mother, from the conversations you have with other people, from the media you watch/read on a regular basis... education is happening all the time. You just don't realize it.

Well both are neccessary... School gives you lots of knowlege you could never gain in life- I really don't think someone will go staring in the sky to understand how everything works in the Atmosphere or open up all technology at home to find out how it works. School is just a chance for us to find out things that otherways would take years of research- people before us have done the research and we can use it from there.

However... school, no matter how good it is, can't teach us to be social, to understand other people, to make the right decision and things like that. Only life can teach you that.

And you need both of those things- you can't be really intelektual if you don't go to school...

If you didn't EVER go to school, then you wouldn't really know all that much, but i know some older people that only went to school until 7th grade...Which doesn't hurt that much, because you know alot of the basics by then.
And, They got through life just fine with a 7th grade education, but that would never 'fly' in todays world, your pretty much required to go to school until your at least 16, i beleive.

the best school out here i a simple school... it's only for high school students though...

First define "Perfect". Different people have a different "Perfect School". The best place to teach could be anywhere, even if your on the streets.

There are somethings that you learn in school which not everyone can learn in real life... interesting things that'll take years to prove with by countless experiments....

To me.. school prepares us for the real world.. thus it is why we are sent to school... we learn the basics there then when we get out of there we will apply what we learned in our daily lives... ^^

To me experience can also be earned in school...
