Lets see well I do think it works beacuse this one time I was in this huge fight kinda thing with these people, and I could have gotten in real trouble because of them and when I did pray everything turned out ok not sure if it was luck though ^^;;

In my opinion prayers do work. I pray for my family/friends etc. on a daily basis because I have really strong faith in God. Whenever I'm overwhelmed with sadness, anger, stress etc. I pray and feel comfort soon after. Alot of people take prayer for granted these days... some people don't beleive in prayer because they claim their prayers have never been answered. IMO this is because when those people pray they want God to respond to their prayers when THEY want and how THEY want it (Demanding instead of Asking). God always answers prayers when it is the right time. Some people are blinded because they are constantly expecting God to answer their prayer how they want it. God knows what is best and will always answer your prayer although not always in the way you might be expecting it in. Don't limit yourself and keep and open mind.

I think they do.

My family used to be Shamans. (Like, Shaman Kings The Anime Show.) (Shamans are people who believe in Spirits and believe dead corn will save you from evil spirits. XDDD!!!) Our family started praying, and the next day, someone called to ask my mom if she wanted to take this job for teaching, and so my mom and dad took the offer and now my parents are the most popular ASIAN Principals in MINNESOTA/MINNEAPOLIS.

Prayers do work. Does that answer your question?

I agree with you loko, but like you say with only pray when we feel lonely or scared, what about when you are not scared nor sad.

Has long as your asking, and thanking, I believe it all works.

When I cry I pray, at that time its the only thing I can do. >.<;;; weird I know.

Prayers work, just not all the time, including the times that you really hope for something.

Prayers can come true at times but I personally believe that you need to do the best in YOUR OWN power to make things happen, prayers just help you achieve your objectives when you're in desperate need of help.

....hmmm, guess thats all I have to say about that. -_-;
