It's hardly "men's fault" or anyone's fault really. Over time men have evolved to prefer women with wide hips and an hourglass figure including at least moderatly sized breasts. These are signs of health and fertility. Wide hips are also a sign of the vitality of future offspring in that the wider the hips the easier birth is. Many women with thin hips need cevarian sections performed and because this option was not around during most of the time our species has existed, the women and child commonly died in these cases in the past, hence men's preference for 'looks' when selecting a mate.

This also explains women's preference for power, money, or overall "well-offness" in selecting a mate, in order to further the chances of passing on her DNA, a woman must find a mate who will be loyal and who can provide for and protect the woman and the offspring.

While many of these stereotypes of men going for looks and women going for money are looked down upon, they should actually be held in high esteems as they help the species and aid in securing our future.

@Ray-kun: Anime girls are only cartoons, so there is no way for them to be "attractive" for real-live boys. However, young children such as yourself might think so. Anyhow the answer is no. All anime girls have big boobs because not all human girls do. Cartoons are the opposite of humans. Except there are some manga and anime artists out there who tend to go for the "real" look.

But they all have unrealistic figures. Not a lot of people have big boobs and are still stick-thin.
