I am an American. I want to Set up an Animation Studio in India. Now i'm exploring for artists. I chose India because it is less expensive as compared with U.S. I really want to know the procedures for setting up a small business in India, particularly an animation studio.
Can you guys please help me out?

this might be bit obvious , but what the heck
you sould be an ace in their language , hindi or urdu ...or some other indian language .That's really important no matter where you go , also i htink you might find beneficiary to be accustomed to their way of life and their etiuettes .the way the things are done in one country can often seem offensive in another
