I hate nightmares, and perhaps for that reason they keep haunting me. I never get any sweet dreams. >__>
The one nightmare that continued for the longest time was like a series of different parts in a movie. It started with me and my friends in my room, playing some board game and all of a sudden the lights went out, and we heard noises, and one of my friends went downstairs to find out what happened. And he got shot dead. Next thing we knew, we were all trying to hide under the tables and chairs upstairs so we wouldn't be found, while the "gunmen" remained downstairs. Finally a friend and I decided to creep downstairs and see if they were still there, and for some reason the surroundings morphed and we found ourselves in a building, racing round corners and hopping into lifts to escape guys in masks.
This happened last year, and I think it went on for about a week. It was horrible!!! I tried all sorts of things, like eating ice cream before bed, reading Enid Blyton books, turning in early nights, but none of them helped.
