To relax I usually go and try to work out. And I have had much stress lately. How about you guys? We all have stress, and hopefully we all have ways of dealing with it. What are yours?

Well I work in a call center, so they hand out stress balls like crazy. I have a stress lamb, which I named it Lamb Chops, and when I squeeze it, his eyes pop out. It puts me at ease, am a pretty calm person even when people are yelling in my ear about things I have no control over.

Other things I do to ease my stress are to blog, dance, and watch TV.

I like to burn herbs, in colorful pieces of blown glass... and inhaling.
Some might say its how I practice my breathing.

I also write and doodle a lot when I am upset or nervous, it calms me down.

I nap, yep, if I really wanna relax... I sleep.

Sleep helps me deel with stress very effectivly, how ever I do not sleep very well. No idea as to why that is, I just don't and it is frustrating as hell. But when I do have a good nights rest or even a nice long cat nap during the day I feel much better. So my second solution of getting rid of stress is completely destroying people in video games, expecialy now in the game demo called "Section 8", now even if my team loses and they usualy do because they have a hard time with the controles or what ever, I ALWAYS come out on top score and kill wise compared to even the other team leader. Oh and playing HORD on Gears 2 is also a good one, I love the flaimthrower. "BURN B*TCH!!"

XD sleeping helps me a lot to relax since i am a dreamer XD , and listening to some music ... but for this days reading is a good helper to me XD i read anything , in 3 days i finished 2 stories ^,^ .... i don't do anything but i feel a lot of stress o.O i wounder , those are the things that make me relax but the most important thing is i do them a lone , when i am in stress i become in a bad mood and i am sure everyone become too XD so i prefer to be alone XD , ooo another thing that make me relax is talking to my best friend she know how to make me laugh or in other words make me forget my stress XD ... =^_^=

I take my frustrations out on you Beast. Considering I'm management at a Fast Food restaurant, which involves me babysitting a bunch of teenagers who don't care about their jobs, Making my bosses (The RM and the 1stAM) happy, and then dealing with customer issues, I come home with a lot of baggage. Taking it all out on you gives me a special joy that makes me feel warm and fuzzy on the inside.

I kid, I kid...

I play liberal amounts of World of Warcraft, Rock Band, and read novels to relax.
