I ruined my life in the past but now i am making a stand i found love and i found good friend now the only thing for me to do is to put the past behind me i wish some of the things i have seen and done i could erase but i can't i thought silence was a sweet embrace but i now know you can do nothing living alone

Good for you! I always believed that the only future you have is the one you create. It's good that you have found love. I am still looking. As for your memories, you shouldn't regret them. You learned from them and they made you into the person you are today. If my words helped, then you are welcome. If not, just ignore me.

Ahhh, I know all about that. I have mentioned how I was when I was depressed many times in many threads. Yeah there have been many times where I am ashamed for how puthetic I was, and how I let life go right past me while I sat there sulking in my hole. Like you, when I found my first love, who is now unfortunatly my ex is when I turned my life around. I owe a lot to her. So now I am trying my best to be better my self as a person and a Human. I will not go back to the dark dank hole I was in, because that sh*t was scary and I am NEVER going back to that.

Nothing wrong with being a marine dude but here is the thing if you ruined your life in the past the only thing to do is move forward and make the best of it. I mean no one is perfect and neither am i but i learn every day and make the best of everything.

yeah that's good that u have overcome that^.^ *huggies*..cuz alot of ppl suffer from not letting there past go..a lot of ppl know how u feel..there are things too in the past , that i regret and is still paying for..but like u have said ,we just have to accpet it and learn from it ..and just work with what we got
