Things like that are bound to happen. The only time I ever sent money out of state was when I paid Animenation for a whole shipment of stuff, and that went all right. I just got the PMOs and sent them direct... and no problems occurred along the way. You can't tell if someone's going to steal your money or not, because... well, there's a 50-50 chance of that happening.
I'm from Malaysia too, wish I could help but... I don't see any way in which I can. +__+
P/S: Cash or PMO?
Well actually here in the US, it is illegal to send cash, so it was probably intercepted and confiscated. You are lucky you didn't get in trouble for it. Your safest way to send money is see if that person takes money orders from USPS (United States Postal Service) and remember it must be international kind. Also offer paypal.Quote:
