Are you even old enough to buy cigarettes? Chewing gum is the only thing that I have heard helps, however I don't know because I don't smoke.
nah im underage. thats why it's a childish habit. plus it's way too expensive for a walmart salary.

I used to think that it was definitely getting too expensive to smoke.
But I just can't shake it. Although I don't smoke as much as for sure.
But I was never what you'd call a "chain smoker" At most I think the most I ever smoked was less than a pack a day.
But when I was younger I did stop smoking for about 3 years. Then one day I just said "screw it" and next thing I know, I'm back to smoking.
PS: didn't anyone ever tell you that nobody likes a quitter :D:
Congratulations on trying to kick a bad habit. every long term smoker I knos has some negative side effect to show for it. good thing you're getting out now.
yeah, by recent i mean about 5 days so im probably not feeling the full effect yet. but on friday and saturday i use to smoke 2 packs. the funny thing is, my motto is live faast and die young :)
Congrats on trying to quit! My advice for when you start feeling the need for a cigarette is to distract yourself with something else. Something that you can throw your full concentration into like a sport, book, game, or puzzle.
