And you said that you quit this Habit, How come that and you smoke 2 packs in two days .I see it ‘s the same but, You do it in two days and didn’t smoke on the other 5 days so You did not quick it at all..So you are not shown any improving...
My only advice to you to go to someone who can help you more and show you the right way to Quit this Habited.and try to use your time in other things..

You "quit" smoking five days ago, but smoked 2 packs on friday and saturday? Dude, sorry but by no means you have quit smoking. Most of my friends do smoke. And to be honest, I don't even listen to them if they tell me how proud they are for not having smoked a week. Because most of them do start again then.
Anyway, I think it's good that you at least try. Seriously, keep it up, stop smoking. I don't know anyone who hasn't regretted smoking.
I'm happy I never even started.
You are now breathing manually. :P

    Re: Smoking

congrats! though tech you havent stopped yet, its something that will haunt u and most likley draw u back in, so it something you have to work on for a really long time maybe the rest of your life
stay away from friends who smoke when u have the craving, they can make it alot worse without even realizing it.
One thing to do it to distract yourself from it by getting into another habit a good one hopefully. you have to experiment though since alot of things may not work as well for you as they do someone else.

    Re: Smoking

I've never taken a drag, yet I've read that smoking herbals instead of the real thing for a couple months helps to kick the habit. It'll cost you, but I hear it's worth it.
If you work for a living, why do you kill yourself working?

You can take the money you save from not buying cigarrettes and put it in an investment account like Emigrant Direct or Dollar Savings Direct and watch your money grow. That way you will feel the thrill of your money growing instead of lung cancer.
