Snail Pace

I know I'm a newbie, but most other forums I've been too have at least a slightly faster pace. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I can stay caught up. I can't stand a forum where it's at full blast and as soon as you post, you have to look two or three pages back for the first reply. But, it's slow right now. So I wonder when is it that this forum goes at it's fullest speed? And is it too fast then? And I also wonder what others think about it when it's like this the way it is now, and when it's going nonstop. Express your opinions!
