Studying: we've got no choice when we're kids, but quite a few of us actually PAY for the ability to keep studying well into adulthood. Without it, we can't learn anything new, get the jobs we want, or kick other people's butts at obscure trivia. Let's talk about studying for a bit.

Graphics and some HTML coding
Not much, i am damn lazy, but i can remember most of the important stuff.
Not really, but it pays off if you do so. I mean even if you fail a test at least you know you studied hard the day before and you don't feel as bad as you would feel if you had not studied at all.
Nope, in fact competitions are for smart ass people. Average dudes like me don't stand a chance against a smart ass dude in any competition unless the competition is about what you see and like about chicks ^^
Computer Science to hack some pcs and some people i hate. ^^ lulz. Jk. I would like to study ASL which stands for American Sign Language. I took one class in High School and i liked it. It would be awesome to be able to communicate with Deaf people. ^^

well right now im in college xD this semi i took sociology,eng 101,math,asian history and philosophy i dont really study i just do all my home work pay attention and study before any tests i might have i average about a B so its not bad i guess i could try harder but im lazeh .

Java. Field-wise, I am a film major.

The former doesn't apply to me, sadly. I probably study something like 3-4 hours a week. More if there's a test around the corner.

Hell no.

A final. I have my last paper in a couple of hours.

I.... guess? I'm pretty much just going through everything and making sure I remember the syntax.

Let's see. I've always wished that there would be a course called "Horses", but I think it'll be decades before anyone decides to come up with anything like that. Besides, why would an urban college like NYU have courses about horses?

- I'm studying for my bachelor's degree and teacher certification.
- I study at least half an hour a day. That makes 3 1/2 hours a week . . . MINIMUM. I study more when I have a quiz or test.
- Studying is necessary. I like studying for certain subjects more than others (naturally) . . . it's always best to study with a friend.
- I think it has paid off. I mean, I'm in the Honours Programme and aced the majority of my classes . . . Studying helps.
- Well, I'm studying it now . . . but yeah. Psychology would be cool; I'll probably take it next year . . .

A. I don't study outside of school. Hence I keep failing.

A. I like attending class, I abhor studying outside of class.

A. Nope. But if I succeed at this Japanese thing, it's a Master Degree.

Anthropology and Archeology are my two majors and on top of that I take all the other regular classes as a freshman and Russian is my minor

I study a lot every day...maybe six to eight hours....and it is usually at night or early in the morning when I do not have classes. So for a whole week.....that is around forty-two to fifty-six hours....I know, sounds like it is a lot....but time flies when you are in college

Do you like studying?
Um....it depends on the subject. I like to study anthropology and math.....because they are kind of easy for me.....but the rest, I have to work my but off....

Are you studying for something in particular (a test, a qualification, a competition)?
For the long term........I really do want to travel the words and find its secrets

Do you think it's paid off?
Studying always pays off for me......without it, my school would kick me out........since it is an ivy league university

Something that requires you to use your mind and logic....anthropology, philosophy and math

What are you studying now? Japanese, GRE material

How long do you study every day? I live in Japan and work in a Japanese school... so pretty much every day I go to work is a practical study in Japanese hearing/listening. As for actually hitting the books or making a conscious effort to do something to improve my Japanese: 2-8 hours a day.

Every week? 20-50 hours (dependant on my schedule at work)

Do you like studying? It's grown on me. Reading Harry Potter in Japanese still makes my head hurt (in 7 months I have made it only 5 pages into chapter 9), but I can marathon about 5 double-digest comics a day without it even occuring to me that I used to pour over one for weeks at a time "to study". My current goal is to beat Japanese novels into submission in a similar fashion... but comics are just so much easier! >_<;
Some of them anyway... BLAME! I confess I just looked at the pictures and felt a jolt of recognition whenever anyone said "Shoot!" or "Look Out!"... but mostly I pretended to understand so that I wouldn't have to look up all the kanji :/

Japanese Language Proficiency Test lv. 1 (to pass)
Kanken (Kanji test) lv. 8 (to get a damn near perfect score)
GREs (to DESTROY verbal and survive math)

Do you think it's paid off? Definately.

Is there anything you'd like to study? Chinese, Korean, Spanish (again), Literature (again), programming (again)... but I already have too much on my plate with Japanese to attempt anything else.

Diploma at the moment, I have my reasons

No for if i study i always fail in a test so i have come to not study.

Is there anything you'd like to study?
HTML coding or some some kinda language just don't know which one yet, probably Italian.
