When I am angry mostly I want to break something. But instead I would take paper and shread it up until I calm down. If that does not work then I talk to someone about it or I write it down to get it off my mind for a bit. It all depends on how angry I get.
When I am angry....which is most of the time........I exercise and listen to heavy metal
