Re: What do you do to let your anger out?
If it's a guy that pisses me off then I kick his a$$ around a big room until i'm satisfied, but if it's a girl I can't do anything physically aggressive so I make hundreds of paper ninja stars and begin throwing them in secret and watch the chaos run ramped :)
Re: What do you do to let your anger out?
Oh hey, my favorite feeling, and favorite sin. I strive on anger. I live off it. I basically feed it like I'm a Dark Jedi, thus why I call myself a Sith Lord. On the inside I am dominated by anger. It's wha I feel, and lately I've been angry. It's fun how I let it out, 'll most likely just attack someone for something (I'll swoop down low enough to attack their religious beliefs, mainly Christians, lol). And like usual, I'll view myseslf as superior. That everyone is below me, that they can be crushed with the littlest effort. Basicall I fulfil my ego. Of course that extreme arrogance is only to let steam off, I know my place in this world, I know who I'm above and below.

I look for my brother and start hitting him as hard as i can, but if he's not around i hit walls and realise they hurt but i can't stop and my hand starts to bleed (but thats only when i get really angry)

Very rarely, I'll lash out on someone. I used to do it like clockwork, back in my middle school days.
Meditation helps a great deal, but more often than not, I don't have the time to do so--especially when the problem is right in your face. But it's great when you've got the time.
I've been known to throw the occasional X-Box controller while playing online or against the CPU on a very difficult setting, LOL. (Super frustrating )
Usually though, I just write and draw. That's where most of my anger gets released. Sometimes, I'll go somewhere where there aren't too many people or houses around and I'll scream at the top of my lungs. That's good release. My friends help too. I'm very talkative and venting does a great deal of help, especially when you've got friends that'll listen.
Re: What do you do to let your anger out?
I just stay still for a moment and let the wrath flow in my body... and then I I grab the nearest girl and kiss her... the slaps and punches that follow usually bring me down on earth... and I have fun at the same time...
If I'm alone I just write poetry or prose... and if I don't have paper and pencil... I think about small creatures (rabbits with their necks ripped apart... cats torned to pieces) and othe such...
never made it to the point where I would smash something up... close to that point... but I knew that if i let go... then I would never stop...
my wrath's highest moment was one morning when I woke up and all i could feel was the desire to kill... and I bit my lips so hard that they split... and I loved the taste of it... I was so damn scared that I prayed not to go insane (I never pray... to God or any other deity...)
Re: What do you do to let your anger out?
Although I'm usually not angry, my best thing to do is scream or beat something inanimate up. That i'm not actually hurting something living.
Sorry, but I don't see why beating up someone or punching walls helps you. That'll only put you in deeper conflict or more pain. Oh well.
Re: What do you do to let your anger out?
I using write my feelings down in poem. or usually talk to someone about what it is I'm mad about.I feel relieved after that. Cuz I'm usually a happy person.
Re: What do you do to let your anger out?
I tend to yell at the person if they make me mad enough or offer to duel. If they don't make me very mad then I just don't do anything.
