In most instances I paint or draw it out. But on those rare occasions where its really bad, I'll punch and punch until I feel better. I have either mentally or physically get my anger out to make myself feel better.

How i get my anger out can be many ways.One of the ways ill just play a game to make me feel better.Another would be try to let the person know i am angry at them if it was them that got me mad.In other instances ill end up hitting some thing like a wall or a door till i feel better but that only happens when i am really angry which dose not happen as much as it used to.

1. i write alot.
2. i go into the woods and scream until i can't anymore.
3. i go some place and cry until it's all out.

i scream until my throat is raw, then cry on myroomate. He makes a good tissue.
1. I bang me head in the wall.
2. Punch one of the stuff animals in my room.
3. Yell at my younger sibs.
4. Cry.
5. Break one of the appliances in the house.
6. Scream until my voice has gone out.

Yeah, I just sleep. after I woke up I dont remember any of it at all. It seems like sleeping relieves my madness within me... Why not try it at your home...It help alot in case of me..heheheheh

there a person at work that get me mad, i let my anger at him, a complete idiot, picture the dummest person you seen, he even worse. here an example i work in a clothes factory... what do you think the factory send out... that right clothes. i send out clothes on pallets to myer, david jones and othes store. If the box is heavy we stick on a warning sticker stating the box is heavy. the idiot here saw a label on a chair box, the one that is pre made and you can put it together at home or somthing and he thought that we have to send the chair out. how dumb can you get, its a clothes factory and he thought its was a chair factory or somthing. I let all my anger out on him as he keep making stupid animal noise like a pig in which he is and saying stupid thing and think he better at work than other people
