    I have three types of solutions i use and still ...
    1st: I bring my mp3 flash player and hear some loud techno music and get started with drawing (my favorite hobby) till i clam down
    2nd: I come to AO and enjoy PMing my friends or i do some posts ...
    3rd: Watch some funny anime episodes (for example: Ouran High School Host Club ,Melancholy Of Haruhi Suzumiya or many others) ...

    Remember the Golden Rule: If someone disrespects me I fight fire with fire by doing to them what they did to me. If I'm called irritating by someone I'll call him irritating back. If someone calls me a bad word I'll use the same bad word back on them.
