    Yep, eveyone here is definatley a dark goth emo cutter.
    Talking about killing things and hitting things. The only reason you bunch of bums have these problems is cause you act paranoid and feel the world is out to get you and owes you something. Well guess what quit sulking and grow up. Please do us all a favor and quit crying already.

    i'll tell my friends every single detail, then cry for maybe 2 days, scream into my pillow, write in my diary, throw things at my wall, wear black clothing and act gothic..yep. thats about it. i know i sound like a 9 year old but thats the way i am!

    lets see depending on what sorrow ur talking about. if its like depression then i just keep that 2 myself and just deal with it in my own little way. but mainly i have my own little happy place when i get really down. i always need to escape from realitly every now and then..

    but if its a feeling of fustration, or a really stressful day, then a good work out is good enough to me.. get those muslces pumping and moving and most of the built up fustrations just goes away (this also means a good old round of boxing with ur punching bag... (punching bags always comes on top though)).

    I would say to go outside and look to the world from a different prospective than the usual one. I tend to listen to heavy/J-pop/thrash metal music when i feel emoish or sorrow.

    I wouldn't say there's an easiest way for me to do it. But when I'm depressed I always go straight to the piano as soon as I get home and start venting out my feelings. Depending on how down I'm feeling, that tirade can go on for up to two hours. And once I'm done wearing myself out over the ivory keys I go to my room, sit in a corner, hug my favourite teddybear and sob.

    What is wrong with you people? When I'm unhappy or sad I just yell at people till I feel better. Sometimes I fight with my sister and in the end we burst out laughing feeling alot happier. If you feel sad just let it all out.
