Meh, i can truthlytruthfully say that i really dont get upset about much , with the exception of deaths in the family, thats a given.
Otherwise you have to be specifically talking. for example relationships and conflicts with friends...those, those are totaly useless to get worked up about.(prove me wrong :P)
anyhow, the emotional or impulsive release to sadness or related feelings is putting on some earphones, blasting up the volume and taking a free ride around the city via transit. (pssh, i do that regardless because its enjoyable as hell).
or i just play my guitar, either heavy for times when i feel really happy or angry or...whenever. And an acoustic for the lazy times.
