What has AO seen you through?

In an attempt to be nice to you people and to actually start a thread where I don't belittle everyone and act like a total ass.

What life changes have you gone through since your tenure here at this Site?

I joined around '01 or '02. I've been around this site for 6 years. (oh god)
I lurked around the first AO, when the Merger with Ewdi and Cybergig1. I've seen all the owner changes. I remember the first mass bannings 4 years ago.
I've gone through many posting style changes. 2 long term G/Fs and 4 jobs.

Well there are somethings I prefer not to say though, but nothing AO could possibly understand me. I don't know if this topic will become popular for that reason. Maybe so :P..but yeah nothing really.

of course it says i joined in 04 that's when the site was redone. This isn't the first AO, everyone had to completely sign back up in 04. this is AO 3.0 just incase you didn't know.

Well, I'm a new member But I have to say that AO has given me the opportunity to talk with other anime and manga enthusiast, which at my age is really something. and I have gotten back into RPG's. I haven't play RPG's since College when I used to play D&D first edition( boy am I dating myself with this). I have to thank Gamemaster331 for introducing me to the site.

id have to say that this website gave me a chance to talk to people about anime and lern about new anime from them. i think this website gave me a life changing adventure thru new friends and new anime.

Well this site has seen me through my break up with my now ex girlfriend which we were together for 2 years before s@#t hit the fan with life throwing a big wad of crap in our faces. So now I am single and hate it. The people here have been very supportive and have been there for me through my 3 months of hell of trying to save our relationship so I give a big thanks to all AO members who was there by my side.

Yeah, AO hasn't helped me see anything through either. Though I have had 3 boyfriends, been through high school, had a few jobs, defeated my emo persona, etc. etc.

It's hard to explain everything that has happened in five years.

i joined back in late o2' its scene me through 3 girlfriends, 3 jobs, buying my first car, an my first house. My becoming a wallpaper addict, my addiction to manga, my addiction to anime, my loss of my addiction to anime, an making wallpapers. Of course im still a addicted to manga, i love reading.

well lets ... nothing have changed in my life but i have knew very great people in this site and they have helped me and in many things and here i knew my first boyfriend but we didn't stay long in our relationship and we are best friends now ^-^ but in this point i think this site helped me so much .... =^_^=
