    Re: What Ruins Your Hair?

I've must of dyed my hair three times and it seems fine considering I take care of it and I'm not in a mad rush to dye it again. What makes my hair a mess would be blow drying, I used to have a hair dryer that used to be on high all the time and was very old so it often dried out my scalp as well as my hair, now I use a towel to dry it. Starch is another thing that ruins my hair, makes it almost look completely fried..it does barely anything for me but it still is better than nothing. Other than that I do not know what else...

    Re: What Ruins Your Hair?

I dye my hair a lot. By a lot I mean almost every month, sometimes every few weeks. It really depends how you take care of your hair AFTER. My mom used to dye her hair a lot and get a lot of perms. Now, her hair is very thin and dry. I don't dye my hair as often anymore and I don't want to dye it again because I actually want to see my natural colour but I always plaster my hair with conditioner and I also use leave on spray conditioner and my hair is thick and nice, even after all that dying. I also curl it.

It's still not good for your hair though so try to not dye it or perm it much.

What really messes up my hair is humidity! LOL, I can't stand the frizz!!!
