Thread: What's Wrong With People These Days.?

from my 3 years of being here i can say a bad day can ruin a lot of things
me being banned at one point a few years ago is a good example things just
got out of hand , yeah i learned from it but i think i still left a few people
mad at me or something.

its all in how you handle things that makes your day go good or bad
here thats what i have learned i pretty much try to keep anything i
have a problem with to myself if i think its going to make anything worse
though dont quote me on that because you never know what will happen
here.

Gotcha, brotha. Though what I think Tommy Lee Jones was referring to was how this thing called "groupthink" turns even the most sensible of persons into mindless sheep. Once they get bunched together with several others or more, that is. Peer pressure and all that.

And that makes "groupthink" the word of the day!

I think it's because they feel like they can get away with more. It's not just here either.
Even though I used to resent the rules, I realized that it makes this site different, on VampireFreaks, Myspace, etc its a little too free. More crap happens and it ruins the site experience. So people in my eyes should be a little more grateful and not try to degrade this site to that.

I've been banned once, it's not all that great. All because I had a bad day, or a conversation goes sour. Sometimes people get temporary stupidity when they're havin' a crap day or they feel like life is dealin' them a sh*tty hand. It all depends on how capable you are of dealin' with that crap day or how you handle your emotions. Whether it's behind closed doors, in public or online.

Another reason could be 'cause they've had too little shuteye, or too much to drink. I've done a lot of stupid things myself for those reasons and more, though thankfully not online. I wouldn't want to find myself a celebrity overnight thanks to Youtube. Or turned into a meme for that matter, brrrr.
