when reading/waching anime

what do u look for when u read/waching anime like a good story,art,? i want to know my self i look for a good story that i wuld not want to walk away from lol i wached all the elfenlide shows in one day ones lol

I like for my anime to have a good storyline set in place, and not be like 200+ episodes long, because too much of a good thing can be a bad thing.

for the most part any anime has to have a good storyline to keep me interested until the end of the show.
Many shows do but sometimes when you watch one, another show has the same type of story, and it follows way to close to the other anime, so i also like ones that dont copy another, and have their own way of doing something.

character design and plot devices not used in the western animation. Anime charcters are human but not and that is why I like them. each one is a work of art in a sense. It is like my father once said "I do not like art that tries to look like a picture becasue then I would just take a picture." The eyes and hair are important for that reason.

for me...an anime must have a good storyline,understandable,and have a good design...if the design & the storyline just like crap... i will waste my time watch that kind of anime...

Watching :
i love watching animes that have a good storyline and the nice design and most important thing that the anime must be short lol XD ... and the anime have to be all good from the start to the end X3 , i always love the anime that warm my heart , make me feel them make me cry ,laugh , sad ...

Reading :
well i am not a good fan of reading anime manga >< but in reading the storyline should be the most important thing , well with a nice design too lol .... =^_^=

I like anime to be funny, and emotional. I like interesting characters and underdogs. I don't like too much seriousness. It can drag on and on. I do like characters that are strong and sacrifice much but only for love.
