Why do girls have crushes on older guys

I was wondering why do girls have crushes on older guys? I would think they would be more interested in guys their own age cause they would have more in common.

i agree with that and the other reason is that the older guys arnt all about
touching ,its mostly talking ,going out having fun with to strings atatches like the younger guys always expect

i have crushes on guys both older an younger i dunno why i just do atm i have a crush on a guy whos 3 years older then i am and hes asian

-maturity
-probably got a job at the theater or fast food place so got some money
-probably got a car from parents or 2nd hand from the job
-grew out of the cooties age
-was once the age of the girl he's dating so he knows how to manipulate them or work them.

A lot of girls claim it's the maturity factor, but take away the other four and see how they react.

well it's just that older guys have the same mentality as girls sortta...
a 17 year old guy is or should be as mature as a 15 year old, for ex.
and usually older guys are hotter than ones of ur age... XD i can tell.
