About 4 or 5 years ago I remember streaming anime episodes straight into winamp. It kind of worked like tv where a channel would have a certain episode at a certain time and you could tune in to see that episode. Does anyone know how this worked and if you can still do it today?
Haven't used Winamp since I bought an iPod a few years ago, now I'm a strict iTunes user (because you can't sync videos and applications to an iPod touch with out iTunes), So I honestly don't know.
I think Winamp (Owned by AOL) cracked down on video feeds like that because of Legal reasons.
Not sure, but if you go to the anime section some websitew is streaming stuff legally fore free.
Funimation has alot of series streaming for free and legally on their website as well.
