Well... sometimes other people just don't want to do the things that the leader must do and the only one who's ready for this responsibility (I'm usualy that person when it comes to team work with school things) just becomes the leader... He's ussualy the best in the group too, he and the others must believe in his ablities...

Sounds kinda' under-handed, but if you gotta' get what you want without taking the blow, be a follower.
Like that's ever gonna' happen.






In the "hierarchy" I'd say I'm 2nd or 3rd in command, like Abu. I don't like being right at the top because most decisions are up to me if I am, and the times I was first in command I always felt like a tyrant. I'm not a born follower either; I often find one too many faults with leaders. I'm one of those people who's best placed in a position somewhere near the top, where I don't have to be the one having the last say all the time, but high or powerful enough to make changes and influence people.
