are u talking about like martial arts u know judo, kick boxing and that kind of stuff?
if so.. when I was a lil kid I took some karate classes(my parents forced me into it >.>).... I dont remember a single thing now.... but Ive been in a couple of fights, street fights I guess, u know at the club, or in a soccer match.... stuff like that.... so I guess that can be training? cuz u dont make the same mistakes u did in the first fight u had... with time u get to know how to beat the crap out of some kind of ppl without getting even hit.... and sometimes its fun.... AAAHHHH good times
