Hm i am gonna say its a money thing since I bet Viacom feels it is losing some....alas I have nothing to back that up with. And violations huh hm oh ya there was a case about a woman sueing Youtube for invasion of privacy for everytime someone showed a clip of her having an affair on a beach with a man. Apparently the court ruled they would be fined each time it was showed and poor Youtube couldn't control it. Lucky Youtube didn't get forced to close over this....go Google! I dunno if they are still being sued but it is possible. Of course the woman shouldn't have been cheating in the first place and being famous gets you caught in the act faster hehe.

Because they have obtained that level they are arrogant. You have to kep in mind when you talk about these guys they are kind of dorks who probably didn't excel at much and this is their only outlet to flex their muscles. Their egos would suffer no less so the the forum suffers some more. Watch one way or another they will probably repond to this post with a threat. But there are better forums out there. Well, seeing as how youtube reaps benefits from selling the traffic to advertisers, then of course they deserve to be sued, that's a given. As for them being able to control the content, I remember them even saying once they were working on a way to prevent copyright material from going up, so they should have the ability to control it on the site, which the article states. It looks bad for them, but we already knew that, lol.
