A banner day for the USA in the Olympics

Yesterday was possibly America's best showing in the winter olympics in a single day. The USA earned a total of six medals, doubling in three events. I don't know if this has ever happened at the winter games. Pulling off a gold and bronze in half pipe and the 1000m speed skate and gold and silver in womens downhill. America actually had the top two scores in the half pipe, all both by shaun white. This puts us in medal leader position. A good place to be considering America is about to enter events that we are not expected to win. It may only be day sex but i don't see us topping this performance. But that is just me and I may be a pessimist. What do you think?

Yeah, the US is doing really great, maybe its because we are close to home, people can get comfy, lots of people cheering for them. Canada isn't doing too shabby themselves.

Here's a weird question. Do these people get cash awards? I'm just saying, maybe they can stimulate the economy; ha-ha!

Last Olympics, "USA: The United States pays $25,000 US for gold, $15,000 for silver and $10,000 for bronze"

The rest of the reward offers

Why pay them a lot, olympians only work a few days out of 4 years. Hahaha kidding. When you look at these sports or most for that matter, the athletes make their killing off of endorsements.
