Many of you mentioned in the combat sports section that you like a good weapons demonstration. What is you favorite weapon in martial arts.
My favorite is the bow staff. As I mentioned before you could imagine some samurai walking past a peasant, arrogantly looking down on him, as he lugs water. Then bame the bucks fal to earth and they get beat to death.
hmmm I suppose mine is the bo staff as well. I'm more into the simpler styles of martial arts. you do not need fancy and shiny weapons to protect yourself, if i could quote one of my heroes clint eastwood: theres nothing like a good peice of hickory.
I've always also been amazed at how the martial artists handle the bo staffs so efficiently.
