Thread: Not a Team Player?

My boss gave me my evaluation for my raise today. She doesn't think am a team player! lol She also said I need show more empathy for our customers. I think she tells everyone that, its funny because she hasn't even taken a fraction of the phone calls I have taken. The only reason she is my boss is because she had prior management skills. So its hard to take her advice and criticism about a job that I have done longer and better than her.

Anywho, I was actually shocked I received a raise because most people were getting nothing as their raise. I got a whole .28 cents. Someone say shopping spree!
