Hiruzen Sarutobi vs Madara Uchiha?

In his prime, Hiruzen Sarutobi(3rd Hokage) was reffered to as the God Of Shinobi the same title as the Sage of Six Paths. Hiruzen must of been an extremely strong strong shinobi to be bestowed as the God of shinobi. When Orochimaru summoned Hashirama and Tobirama, Hiruzen was able to hold his own against all three at the age of like 72(Assuming Grand Pa Age). But in his prime he must of been a ninja to marvel at. I believe he was stronger than even Minato. Given his inttelligence and his skills, could he be able to figure out a way to beat Madara Uchiha or atleast put up a good fight..I would like your thoughts on this match up and who you think would win.
