I think Sasuke betraying Tobi goes without saying after he back stabbed Orochimaru. Plus Sasuke still has to take his revenge against the village and settle his score with Naruto, and since Tobi might try to get in the way of that, Sasuke might not like that.

but you really think that tobi would get in the way when sasuke want to destroy the village? i dunno...i would just say it would be problem when tobi wants naruto for his own but sasuke want to defeat him completly...
I definitely think he will betray him within time. If he should be smart, he will observe him....but then Tobi is pretty smart himself, he might not let him see any of his techniques. Then...maybe Itachi put some of his chakra in his own eyes before dying and will tell Sasuke everything about Tobi, like Minato did with Naruto. -_- Oh who knows...
